  • This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment (137 sqm in total) is a registered Holiday Homes and offers all the essentials for a great stay in Dubai. Huge balcony (16 sqm) facing the sea, with views to the beach, Bluewaters Island, Ain Dubai, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab. Both bedrooms and living area have views to the sea and beach. Beautifully decorated. 1 king bed and 2 singles beds. Travel crib is available upon request. Fresh linens and towels are provided. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, washer machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. Parking spot designated inside the building. Very good/fast internet connection (800 Mbps by DU, with its original WIFI router). Netflix and cable TV.
    Guest will have access only to the Residence side swimming pool and gym. Also they will have direct access to the beach and The Residence’s sun-beds.
