Conveniently located near the burjuman metro providing an easy link to visit places in Dubai. Bedroom and seating area was comfortable but the bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh

The property is well located. Close to the airport. The room was a bit small, but cozy. They are making improvements to the hotel. As was evident with the new windows, and a modern restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious!! My room had some paint peeling and some tiles missing in the modern, updated bathroom. So, theyre working on it. I could walk everywhere on the island. I even walked to the ferry and took that to Male for the day. I would stay there again. Theres no pool.or fitness room. The ocean is just 100 meters away. Turquoise bgreen beautiful water. Get up early and catch the sunrise!! Lots of mosquitos. So bring deet!

We have stayed at this property numerous times when it was a Four Points Sheraton. However on this occasion under the Majestic brand we have not had a good nights sleep as the hotel houses a club of some sort which blasts base until nearly 3-4am which makes sleep nearly impossible even on the 4th floor. Clearly soundproofing is lacking and when we have reported it we have been advised it is not a hotel run club and not in their control. Disappointing as one pays to stay at a hotel so one can get good nights sleep. Sadly I would not recommend this venue as the noise it unbearable even on the 4th floor. I asked for a higher floor but was assured 4th would be fine as was pre-warned by my family who stayed on a lower floor. Sadly quite disappointed and pleased to be leaving tomorrow.

Good hotel a bit away from tourist attractions with easy access to metro. Close to variety of restaurants. Had paid extra to include breakfast which was quite decent. A lot of variety with breakfast that includes good veg/Indian options besides the usual stuff.

Right place to stay for a tour around DUBAI
This hotel stay was very good in all aspects. Everything was almost near by distance 30-40 minute drive. Shopping malls, restaurants, etc. The staff were very helpful. Commendable service by Mr. Alex and the team.

The hotel is about 15 mins taxi ride from airport.. a few shops nearby.. walkable distance to metro.. very friendly staff…we managed to get a high floor with a city view.. the only negative point is bathroom a bit old. Overall good stay

Overall the stay was good. Unfortunately there is a club downstairs that is open every night from 9 pm - 4 am. This is not advertised on the listing. I had to complain and move rooms due to the noise.

The hotel is okay, the location is fine but I had a terrible experience at the time of check in. I had booked my reservation 6 months ago from USA and I did get expedia confirmation on my reservation. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk and management refused to honor my reservation stating they dont see it in their system. They asked me to book again with their current room rates which was more expensive and for 4 people they gave a very tiny cramped room with one of us sleeping on the couch.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms cleaned very well except some equipment such as phone, bidet and fridge were either leaking little water or phone was not working and one of the usb ports not functioning. Cannot make collect calls from the hotel. Otherwise very nice stay.

It was very accessible and very safe for anyone walking outside at any time of the day. Very friendly staff. The front entrance should be glass sliding door with sensor.It was very taxing and inconvenient to open pulling or pushing for someone with limited arm mobility issues. Door man was not always there to open the door for you. Bringing luggage in and out was also a challenge due to very steep slope in front.

Well-positioned hotel
Well-positioned hotel in Bur Dubai (the old town). 7 Mins walk from the Burjuman Shopping Centre and Metro Interchange. Room was well-appointed but looking a bit tired, particularly the bathroom which needs all the old silicone sealant removing and replaced by some new sealant but using masking tape to ensure a clean line. Bar is a bit pricey - £10 for a pint and £10 for a glass of wine. However, there is an African & Eastern Store 3 mins walk from the hotel where you can stock-up on alcohol at very reasonable prices. You have to take your passport with you and can only drink it in your hotel room. There is a fridge in the room, Breakfast is really aimed at the Indian/Pakistani clientele but if you are prepared to try something different then it is quite filling and tasty, Anyway, who goes to the middle east and expects a fry-up? There are some western dishes but this is really just chicken sausages and beef bacon (honestly). Omelettes, scrambled eggs and baked beans are always available.
