Special thanks to Manisha, who arranged a room change due to the construction noise outside the hotel. The ladies at reception and in the restaurant were all very friendly. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything necessary. Of course, some things are showing their age. The hairdryer made some rather worrying noises, but it worked. Breakfast was okay for the price, but nothing special. The pool is very nice (but not large) with a view of the city (and the construction site). There were plenty of sun loungers available. The proximity to the Gold Souq metro station and the price we received in the offer were the reasons for choosing this hotel.

Modern hotel and good standard of cleanliness. Looks good but bad quality of the building. Rooms and windows not soundproof and workmanship in the bathroom not good.

We recently stayed at Mercure Dubai Deira and the stay was great. The staff were so lovely & the hotel was clean and very well kept! The children really enjoyed themselves at the pool & at the downstairs game table (in the cafe) too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very pleasant hotel, lovely stay, you need to request a lot of little things ie milk or slippers but wasn’t an issue. Definitely not a 3 star, the beds were really comfortable compared to a lot of 4/5 stars. Location was excellent loads of places to eat.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Its located in a very convenient area right next to the gold souq metro . The area is really clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The hotel is 10/10 in all aspects. The staff are really kind and helpful . We didnt want to leave. We will be back. I recommend this place to anyone travelling to dubai . The pool is also really beautiful.

It was close to metro station and close to the shopping centre…I would stay here again. However one thing I noticed is you have to ask for coffee and creamer to be brought to the room since they don’t have it…and this can be to encourage to drink coffee at the coffee shop. Again no complain, I enjoyed my stay.

Thank you very much for the great stay! I travel a lot and the hotel amazed me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is great. Rooms are very nice. Everything is very clean. I would give the hotel more than a 10.

The most unique about this hotel is in individual water purifying system in each room. Very environment-freely, no need to go our your room for refill. Very friendly staff! I wish the rooms are sound-proofed though. I was on the fifth floor and I can still here the noise outside. The restaurants in the hotel are also very pricey. No wonder no one was there when I had dinner on a Friday night.

Very good location convenient for shopping around. The annoying thing is that customers walk in the hallways with shorts and bare body may be the hotel needs to put up some code of conducts. At times some people were playing load music which was annoying.

Nice experience Just please pay attention to the slightly dirty walls and my stay was 2 weeks and they didn't clean my room properly, the dirty carpet until I went to tell them to lend me a vacuum cleaner, they did, but the hotel is nice, they just need to be more careful to have it cleaner for everything else very good thanks Mercure hotel

Everything was excellent, staff did make everything easy for me. Very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rafay and mehtab. ( Pardon me if spelling is not correct 😅). They were extremely nice and amazing. One thing I have comment on is, Entertainment wasn’t that good, roof closes at 11pm which is too early, so if u are bored at night u really have nothing to do. Rather than this it’s highly recommended.
