Hotel was great, Can definitely say it is a busy hotel. Metro station within walking distance was definitely a plus for our trip and very easy to understand. Checking in did take some time but once everything situated we was able to get our correct room.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps from the Dubai metro, which makes it very convenient. The rooms were very clean, and every day they left us bottles of water. The housekeeper was very attentive to my room, 3006, which had an incredible view from the 30th floor.

Helpful staff at good hotel.

Beyond the stay itself, the staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay beyond the usual requirements. Good facilities and large rooms.

Suite size was great. Location was great for Metro. However, I found the public facilities to be insufficient for such a big hotel - not enough lifts, and the breakfast room was like a cattle market with too many people!

Amazing peronal with smile

from room 3204: absolutely wonderful, nice staff with always smile on the face from reception to room personal service. unfortunately some room service when we order takes a long time to wait when you ask for it but understanding anyway when the hotel is fully booked. 9.5/10 for everything

Overall pleasant stay. Great breakfast options. 24 Hours Market, Pharmacy, Doctor on Call, Day & Night Restaurant, Cafe, Trip Planner, Car Rental, Small Prayer Area, Elevator wait too long, however there are 5 Per Floor. Go up if down taking a while. Taxi & Private Taxi on-site. Walking distance to Restaurants, Mosque, Train Station Etc. Bathtub leaks water around. Sofas not very clean. Helpful staff overall.
