Excellent hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was super spacious. So close to Dubai Mall which is amazing and the Burj. An awesome supermarket just inside the Mall entry to grab dinner to go or groceries. Irish Murphys pub close by for a good burger and alcohol if that’s what you are looking for. No alcohol served at the Mall restaurants

the hotel location is good and it's next to dubai wall, you can walk easily, a lot of super markets around the hotel,they refused to upgrade me or give free breakfast, They were a scourge in this, unfortunately, but they are not obligated, although there are hotels that gave the customer this
