We had a wonderful time at your hotel. Nice rooms good pool and beautiful beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The house keeper kept everything perfectly nice and clean and always with a smile. We loved eating at la Bamba. The hotel is a bit “dead” in the evening. Would be nice if the area with pool and foodball table was open in the evening and if it was possible to have a juice or coffee there in the evening.

So overall the hotel is not the worst hotel, but the food is not good. The view, pool and beach of the hotel is fine/good. But the staff, the activites around the hotel is not good. Forsure not a place i was happy to use more then 1-2 days

Room is clean and tidy. There is taxi available any time.Swimming pool is clean, beach is clean, they provided towels for swimming.Breakfast has lots of variety. There is nearby grocery store, walking distance.Meal inside hotel is pricey.Beach view is a must, beautiful scene.Aircon is good, not centralized where you can control it by yourselves.You have to call if you will be late for your check in.Will book again, highly recommend.Hope they will provide affordable rates again.

The bathroom and overall Cleanliness was a minus

The cleanliness is not good. The bathroom floor coukd never get dry. The bathtub wouldn't let the water drain, so I had to not shower and wait till I get to a new hotel to shower. The sink was not draining either when I arrived and then it was fixed. The food is good though and the pool is good and deep (2.85m). The easy access to the beach was a plus too. Just wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness mainly and the bathroom.

Lovely resort. The hotel is a little dated, we had a corner suite and the paint was stripping off the wall - not a biggie but it’s Dubai so was unexpected. That said, it wasn’t overly priced so you get what you pay for. Pros - Gym was a definite bonus, everything you need to get a decent sesh in, pools great, beach access awesome, Cabanas super comfy, friendly staff, free shuttle to shopping malls is a pure gift!! and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Con’s - weird smell in our suite, not sure what it was but we couldn’t get rid of it. The buffet dinner was shocking - I mean terrible! The only thing good about dinner was the dessert, which I’m not a big sweet eater but it was really the only thing on offer. All in all, a nice budget resort

This property was very clean, the wokers was very courteous and very helpful. The restaurant food was very unacceptable. Food from breakfast is served at lunch and dinner. At dinner even water is not available. It's for purchase and you're not allowed to bring your own. My daughter in law 4 years old daughter didn't eat her breakfast, we decided to bring 2 dry rolls to our room. We were treated like criminals. We didn't even leave the table and like 5 staff circle us like detectives. We felt very embarrassed n harassed. I understand their's policy but it could have been handled differently. The staff was just doing what the supervisor instructed.. i would not recommend
