We stayed there for one night. Staff was extremely courteous and nice however there was a smell in the room due to the carpets. We didn’t bother because we booked for one night only. I would recommend Park Hotel to any one who is looking for their stay in Dubai.

We did not do any breakfast at the property since we had a kitchen at the room. All the staff of the hotel were exceptional.If we have any issues in the room they are always attentive to help out. To Afrar,Alla,Marry,Rehan,Saif the manager and all the staff from the pool,to the housekeeping and maintenance guys.Thank you. Highly recommended for everyone.

The cleaners are top-notch. Amenities not good; the television was not working to our expectations. The phones are old; it works and then stop working. I don't know who was watching us over the cameras but they did something that made us feel embarrassed. At first, we were playing cards game me and my friend in the lobby because they were cleaning out room and then one of the guy from the reception came to us and said we are not allowed to do that and that we should go back to our room and do it. Even when we told him that they are cleaning our room for now, he still insist saying it came from management. I also went by the restaurant trying to stretched my legs and they sent security to come tell me that I should seat up straight and not lie down. That is really poor customer service. Beyond that, I like the kitchen and I love the view they gave me even though it was a smoking room which felt bad at first. The swimming pool guys also asked a lot of questions before letting you swim; like would a random person just go and swim at your pool? That moment was awkward. Beyond everything I have said, I might still recommend someone to your apartment because of the safety; cameras everywhere are good. But please update the elevator as well so that only resident of the building can use it with their card. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Apartments. The staff were all professional, friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed a great night sleep in a lovely spacious bed. The Apartment also provided a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mail and the Dubai Festival City Mall which was brilliant. Overall a fabulous holiday we will definitely come back in the future.

Front desk attendees was always very friendly and showed attention to my needs. Check in with Thirees was professional and friendly a very nice young lady. Check out with Afrur was friendly and professional. Building was always clean and smell fresh. Room nice and spacious and tastefully decorated i really enjoyed my stay. And firework show can be seen nightly.

Chance car rental nearby. Supermarket nearby. Couple restaurants nearby. Short walk to Metro station. Breakfast buffet at adjoining property which was very nice. Pool was nice. Gym available. Washer and dryer (one machine) very helpful for our family trip. Front desk staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay next time we are there.

We had a long stay in Dubai and we chose this accommodation because of the price. Neither did we know we were in for chaos and mayhem when we arrived to the apartment. So many things went wrong. Firstly, the dirty water coming out of all taps and sink, cooker stove wasn’t working which took 3 engineers to fix, air con wasn’t switching on and the freezer was full of ice inside and on the door and wasn’t shutting at all due to it. We wasn’t happy on the first 2 days because it ruined our plans and day as we had to wait for the engineers. I asked them for a new room but they were adamant to get this apartment room fixed for us. Yes, I can argue with them endlessly but to be honest I did not want to ruin my holiday. Would I recommend this apartment, definitely NOT!

Lack of cleanliness

Kitchen was quite well equipped - stove top didn't seem to be working - and microwave had obviously been on fire at some time... cups and glasses not washed properly. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean... bathroom was nice - but cleanliness in general was an issue... there were hairs on the sofa that were not mine... and the floors in general were dirty. Only stayed in the end because the location was perfect for my work that week, taxis were easy to get just outside the door... and I wouldn't have got a refund. The construction work right outside didn't bother me as much as I thought it would.

للاسف الفندق سيء من ناحية النظافة و الاثاث قديم ومتهالك والالوان غير منسقة وغير مريحة ، الرائحة في الشقة كريهة وكانه الواحد داش مطبخ ، الحسنة الوحيدة استقبال الاخ عادل وتعامله البشوش و الطيب.

Le problème n'est pas l'établissement mais Expedia qui trouve normal de réserver un logement pour 4 personnes avec deux couchages ou pour 6 personnes avec 4 couchages... Dans un logement pour 4 personnes, il y a deux assiettes, deux mugs, deux verres, deux assiettes, deux fourchettes, etc, etc... Et à priori, chez Expedia, vous trouvez ça normal!!! Le niveau de poussière est juste ahurissant et sans aspirateur, il n'est pas étonnant de trouver des touffes de poussière et de cheveux derrière les portes en particulier. Le lavabo du toilette fuyait.
