The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

Such a wonderful experience

I really enjoyed my stay in Parkside, the location was perfect, right next to Batuta mall, they also basement parking, which helps a lot in summer days, the apartment was clean, comfortable, I like the fact that the halls and rooms are tiled, not carpeted, its cleaner that way, the staff were very friendly and professional, I would recommend anybody to try to stay here, if course it is also very affordable, ideal for families, you can cook and entertain guests..

Convenient and inexpensive

The provides a good base for anyone that needs a bed for the night in the Jabel Ali area of Dubai. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The floor wasn’t very clean and we found a lot of dust underfoot. We did get the room cleaned whilst we were out but it still remained too dirty to let our baby crawl around the floor. The kitchen had a microwave and fridge which we used but their weren’t enough utensils to actually cook for ourselves. Parking is convenient under the building. We spent most of our stay away from the apartment as it was only really comfortable enough to sleep there. However the price reflects this.

Week stay for parents

Arranged a one week stay for my parents who were visiting Dubai. The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were also OK The kitchen area dirty, old and even had a few cockroaches. The carpets are old and dirty, the fixtures and general condition old, not maintained and unclean. I selected the place for the location and reasonable price. My parents only used the apartment to sleep at night. The charge of AED Twenty as Dubai Tourism Fee is also not correct for such a place. AED Twenty is for Five star properties.

Scary experinece in Parkside Suits aprtment

My experience with Parkside Suits apartment was horrible, because couple of incident happened. I used to keep my shaving razor in the toilet, one day I found it was replaced by the exact same Gillet razor and very dirty blade. I informed this to management immediately, handed over the razor, also took a picture. But no proper action taken, very frustrated and scary. Another incident the bed was itchy , scratchy and body rash happened.This apartment has lot of bed bugs and cockroach

Close to DWC and Battuta Mall

The hotel is well located near to the Ibn Battuta Mall and about as close as you can get to DWC. We stayed there because of an early morning flight and the price was certainly right. It's in a quiet neighborhood, near to Sheikh Zayed Road - so it is very convenient. The large mall is only a couple of blocks away, and has all the eating and shopping you could desire. The rooms are fairly large with kitchenettes and there is plenty of closet space. The problem is cleanliness. The sheets and pillows were clean but something was growing behind the toilet that I did not wish to investigate further. There was quite a bit of dust on the countertops and tables. We put up with the place for the night, but will probably look elsewhere next time.
