The room was very dirty, specially the carpet. It had stains and that is not the only room that had these stains. The towels were very old and not clean.

We had a family visit for eight days in Ajman. First of all, we liked the professional employee at the hotel, especially in the breakfast area. When we were staying in room 325, my wife had a little accident while she was using the bathroom when the bathroom door slammed into her face because the bathroom door is so heavy and it is close to the toilet bowl. Even the door broke holder and we had to spend five hours at the nearest hospital emergency room. I would like the management to take care of the issues as soon as possible

The hotel was very efficient and the professional staff made check in a breeze. They had my reservation in seconds of me arriving at the front desk. The room size was very good. Cleanliness was at a very high standard. Bedding was high quality and comfortable. The staff overall rating was 5 star. I thought I would need a late checkout and there was no issues at all from the front desk. Very accommodating. In the dining room breakfast was brought to the table. Very good food and good portions. There was no buffet due to the COVID-19. Staff in the dining area were very professional and pleasant.

Great value in Ajman, close to Corniche and Port.
Wonderful hotel and great service. It is close to the port / Corniche area at only 10 minutes by car. Only issue is that hotel is located in a industrial area, thus it is not for family but more for business travel. Many restaurants and pubs to choose. Great value for the money spent!

The massage therapists were amazing at the spa. Highly recommend their treatments. The hotel staff in general were very attentive.
