In a convenient location. We stayed on 12th and had an amazing view of Burj. We went as family so couldnt explore the clubs but if you are into it, there are 5-6 clubs in the same building. You could hear the music on till 4-6 am in the morning. Good selection of breakfast and staff are friendly. Breakfast is till 11 am which is good.

The hotel look is nice and the staff are really helpful and very nice. However, The room was not that clean. They don’t clean the room every day. The bathroom shower was leaking and the sink drains are clocked, the water takes time to go down. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Very nice rooms. Cleanliness could be better. There are two clubs in the hotel with very loud music until 4am. Them people partying in their rooms and hallways after. Don’t count on getting much sleep. 2 star rating for service. The pool area is unusable. Location is fantastic and the views of burj khalifa are great. Canal side views are terrible. Facing another big building.

Nothing more than an average 3 star hotel. No way this is 4 or even 5 stars. Weird interior, difficult to find out what the restaurant is all about. No signage or guidance from staff taking room numbers or explaining where to sit as the restaurant seems to be in three different parts/ themes. Everywhere just seems unorganised. The spa area uses the same check in entrance as another restaurant, just strange and unclear layout. room is fine, clean and spacious but I will not stay there again.

I was suppose to get 2 bedroom suite while I WAS GIVEN 2 separate bedrooms?? why? And hotel was not ready to make the changes or HELP????

This place is a nice place to stay. But they have restaurants/ lounge they play loud music till 6am affecting you from getting good night sleep. If buy food and ur food get cold no microwave to warm up your food. Customer service could be better.
