The hotel was excellent. I will say is I have noticed they do not like to give out face towels. I had to call every day to request it and sometimes twice because they will not bring it right away. Also, I have noted they didn't clean my tub properly or vacuum the floor. I noticed the crumbs on the floor that I have dropped the night before was still there unitil my departure. Lastly, they do not put trash bags in the garbage can you will have to request it.

Excellent hotel, We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Staff are exceptional & The choice and quality of food & beverages makes this the best all inclusive we have ever stayed in. The hotel & grounds including beach are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Would highly recommend & we shall be returning for sure.
