Great location near the beach and restaurant s and some great bars JBs and Mcgettigans nearby. Apartment are big and spacious our apt was big 3 bed apt with seaview. Staff on reception were very helpful Lovely lady on the coffee dock called Htami Was very attentive and welcoming every morning when we got coffee and croissants

The hotel locstion was excellent, betwèen the beach and harbor. Staff was helpful and plentiful. The hotel room we stayed in was in need of repairs. The kitchen nèeds a few more items to help with your stay. Overall, the hotel is a 3.5 but again great location for the cost, next to #2 stop on orange tram line.

Super friendly staff

I stayed here with my family of 6 in their 3 bedroom suite. We were looked after really well by all the staff, specially the house keepers , whatever you request and they respond with a smiling yes. I recommend this hotel/ apartment to everyone. This place is in a very central location to all attractions and yet it is great value for money. Next time I visit Dubai I will only stay at this place. I was hoping to see the house keepers before I left but I missed you guys this morning however I will be back and a very big THANKS to you all.

Great location

The apart hotel is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and the tram. The flats are spacious and have a kitchen with basic utensils if you want to cook your meal. Aircon worked well and had separate temperature control for various rooms, which was great. We had a nice balcony looking towards the sea. Wifi was good. The furniture is quite dated and bathrooms will require freshening up soon, but overall we had a very good stay and the size of the flats and location versus the price were really good.

Shout out to Sara on the front desk, who was a great help. This property has a great location, a few minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. And the units are big, so its a very good value if you need the space. Also has quite a large gym. Generally helpful staff. Downsides are the condition of the property, which is very dated, a housekeeping staff that is propably understaffed and never got to my room before 4, and a very confusing disjointed layout. This is not a fancy hotel, but if you have a family or large group and don't require modern rooms, this could be a very good option.

Needs some improvements

Loved the spacious apartment with the amazing sea view. Only downsides is that room service didnt change bedhseets everyday but instead just did a tidy up. I know this because i found the same tea stain latee on in the evening and following days. It also rained while we stayed and there was a water flooding in out kitchen which was a hazard for slip and fall. It was shown and disucssed which was invonveniently wasting out holiday relaxation time. Overall, its a great location and the hotel viees was amazing but they need to sort some maintenance issues. We were not comoensated for this inconcenience
