We liked everything about the hotel, the cleanness and the service and and the property condition. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. We love the prayer room. The TV was good size and most importantly malls and metro. I will recommend to anyone book and we will return again.

Functional ; serves a purpose.

Outstandingly friendly, helpful and responsive service from everyone associated with ‘front desk’. Really excellent and very much appreciated. Being directly opposite to Mushraq Metro ( No.33 ) was very handy. The journey to the airport took a straightforward 40 mins. Hotel is adjacent to the main highway leading to Abu Dhabi and there’s constant noise, despite ear plugs ! Beds are comfortable. Rooms dated. The Spa is OK at best. And the staff are functional, the massage forgettable.

My fifth time staying here, it’s been better every time. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the metro station is literally opposite the hotel. The location is perfect. I loved it so much that I am heading back in September! See you soon!

Great Stay !

After the long night flight the hotel allowed to use the pool while waiting for a room to be ready and then even offered an early check in for free. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient- literally opposite to the metro station entrance. Very helpful and nice personnel. The room is spacious and comfortable (there is even a weight scale on a room).

Excellent location. Fine condition but not fancy

The hotel is in fine condition - not new but ok. There was noise outside the hotel in the early morning around 6 or 7 am, probably maintenance work nearby but since we guess it’s not under the hotel’s management so we didn’t bother to ask for any assistance. The stay was fine considering the price was very reasonable, but it’s not the choice if you want fancy. The receptionist was helpful and kind, served us some welcome drink at our arrival, and also provided some useful advice whenever we asked about Dubai. Location of the Hotel is excellent, right opposite to the metro station and there’re plenty of restaurants nearby and a round the clock supermarket.

My stay at this hotel was okay, but nothing exceptional. The service and amenities were standard—everything worked as expected, but I didn’t receive any extra benefits or standout experiences. Excellent. Staff was nice and the welcome fruit basket and biscuits were a great gesture! Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good too! Would absolutely recommend it. Loved the swimming pool too, hot water!
