Old, tired and needs updating. Overpriced for what is offered. Difficult check in as in another area to the apartment with limited places to park. It’s late - was told to come back at 4pm, came at 4:40pm and still wasn’t ready and told to sit and wait longer.

DON’T RENT HERE!! Had a terrible experience at this place. Owner was a terrible communicator, employs incompetent people. Our bathroom flooded due to a bad bath fixture, we couldn’t shower, had to vacate for over an hour right when we needed to be getting ready. Nothing was done to address or compensate for the poor quality of the room / bathroom. The rest of our party had to wait and it made us lose a lot of our time that day.

C'est la première fois de ma vie que je dois payer pour accéder à la piscine et à la plage(55 AED par personne et par jour, scandaleux) surtout qu'il a fallu prendre la voiture pour y accéder parce que contrairement à la photo, la piscine et la plage ne se trouvaient pas en bas de l'immeuble. De plus, nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement vers 00H15, le sofa (où étaient censées dormir mes filles), était cassé, on a refusé de nous changer de chambre, on nous a demander de voir ça, le lendemain matin...il a fallu que j'insiste lourdement pour que cela se fasse. Très déçue par cette location, l’intérieur de l'appartement était vieillot, pour une ville moderne comme DUBAI, nous avions réservés sur la Palme en pensant que cela allait être sympa, il n'en a rien été.

Oh my god

This is the worst hotel ( I donno if i can call it that) ive ever been to in Dubai, there is no reception its a small office and the guy assisting me was wearing his pjs and flip flops. I felt I was in satwa not in the palm, the house was super dirty stains everywhere on the couch on the pillows and NO VISITERS allowed after 10! Its like jail not a hotel but the worst part is yet to come THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A POOL OR A BEACH OR A GYM u have to go to another building which is 15 mins walk or 5 mins in the car and PAY to enter the pool

JUST GO AND ENJOY !

Hello, we were totally surprised when we discovered this place. Apartment is large, quite, clean and with all that you need inside for your comfort. Our building has not direct access to the beach, you need to cross the street, it is very near but we had access on our side position to a nice green park with a mall and at night the place is very good for family. The staff is really professional and smiling for and warmly welcome. The strategic position brings you in minutes into DUBAI heart for fun. Have metro access, easy car parking, and fast access to many places. We will come back for sure :-) and will spend more long time !!!

The property is central which made it easy to travel around Dubai. We had to pay to utilize beach and we had to walk from building 1 to building 7-8. It was worth the walk and money to be at a beautiful beach. When taking a shower there was not sufficient hot water.

Great location - comfortable - good value

We booked two nights here. The location is great and there is a lovely area to walk outside and every type of shop/ cafe etc witin 100m. The apartment we booked was upgraded from a 1 bdroom to a three bedroom which was a nice touch. The WIFI would only work if you were with 2 meters of the router which was a bit annoying abd check in took so long that we were recommended to go and come back and then some one elses bags were delivered to our room! Also the deposit we were informed would take 15 days to be returned.

The apartment was fine, construction work noise upstairs was unbearable every morning. No pool and Beech acces cost 55dhs when we were told that it would be included in the cost by Hotels.com shame on you hotels.com for the lies
