The customer service was outstanding, everyone was very professional, tried to accommodate us as best a posible every si hole time we asked for something. The attention to detail was excellent.

Really well located - close to the Palm, water, and the metro so easy to get around. Great restaurant and patio.

The stay was comfortable. The washroom seemed smaller than it looks in the pictures.
The tub is not safe for senior citizens.
The location is very good. About 8 minutes walk from the metro. Nice restaurants close by

It’s not far from metro station , internet city metro station, but it’s a bit far from inter change station between red and green and also far from visiting places such as Dubai frame , museum of the future, gold souq, Dubai mall, airport…etc.

Amazing stay. Everything is excellent about this hotel. Good location as well. Beautiful area surrounding the hotel. Groceries, restaurants and Metro station at walking distance.

When I arrived there .. my upgrade room was not available.
Then we we place in a room that the phone was not working and they took 2 days to fix it. We were very disappointed and never got a chance to order in room service.
It was my 50 birthday and I was not happy with the service.
We ask for our room to be clean by 10 am but the servers came @ 3pm.
So our room was only clean once in the 6 days we were there. I had to ask for towels when the house keepers were passing by.
The body wash and shampoo and conditioner was very limited in the bottle..
And so much more to I can write about.. but overall this stay was even a 2 star for me.
I went downstairs and ask for some ice and was refused 😭

I love going there as its convinient and close to lots of places.
Staff is friendly especially the guys at the concierge, Naeem and Sayed and Mohamed.
I stayed 4 times this year, the only issue i had which i raised multiple times is the hot water in the bathrooms take a long time to heat and it seems to be across different rooms.
Mina and Puja at the front desk and great help as well.
Other than that i love going back there.
