This was an amazing stay. We stayed for 13 nights and they made us feel like family. We had tears in our eyes when we were leaving, from the front desk, to the pool guys (especially Jayesh and Kamal) to the door fellas who took good care of us and our amazing room attendants! Nice family hotel on the beach

The hotel lacks the final touch. The touch that makes you feel special as a guest. Probably a management problem. We saw unorganised staff sometimes arguing with each other (in a restaurant) and spending more time in groups than attending guests. Typical management and training problem. Areas needs refurbishing.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Dubai for our first few nights on our first trip to Dubai and we were amazed, thank you! We arrived early on a Thursday morning, way before our check in time and your team looked after us. Not only with a room available straight away but an upgrade also. Our baggage was whisked away to our room. The room was amazing and had a lovely balcony, clearly it is a slightly older property, but everything was amazing, clean, and looking great. We went to the pool to hang out, eat and drink and loved it, it was perfect. The complimentary waters, ice Lollie's and service were incredible. When somewhere just gives these things away, although basic you feel the quality in experience. We dined at the pool for lunch and Tamoka for dinner which was amazing. I left a separate review for them but the dinner and service was impeccable, you should be happy to have them based on site! I can't say enough about our experience and we would absolutely stay here again, recommend it and if not staying, we would dine with you! Thank you for everything your team does! We are very happy with our stay!

Property is in a decent location in the JBR part of Dubai. The staff is great and I have no complaints with the service. However, the property is a bit dated, especially compared to some of the other luxury properties in the area. We had lounge access with our room and were disappointed. The food was not great and it was always busy. The beds are pretty horrible. It seemed as if the mattress was years old where you could see where people had slept over time. Myself and my wife tried to lay together in the middle of the bed but were laying at an angle at that point. Super uncomfortable. When I’m spending over $1,000 USD per night I would expect that they would at the very least rotate the mattresses. It was also quite loud at the property with people yelling down the hallways and partying outside until way past 12am. All in all we were very disappointed with Ritz Carlton Dubai and left after one night to return to another luxury property in the area. I would not recommend staying here and unfortunately will not be returning to any other Ritz Carlton property after this experience.

This hotel is beautiful. They have alot of staff to help with your baggage or if you need transportation. They also have security. This made me feel safe. The front desk reception was very friendly especially Suman. I thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was spacious and the bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Also please check out the activities especially the Quad bike ride in the dunes in the desert. I give my vacation in Dubai a 10
