Staff were friendly and courteous. But hotel needs freshening up with outdated rooms and decor. My room wasnt ready at 2pm and had to wait 2 hours! Not good start to my stay.

Very good location. Very helpful and courteous staff especially Saleh was outstanding and sweet. Front counter staff was great too. Hotel location is very good. Now what’s not great. Loud music coming from downstair night club keeps you awake all night. There were small roaches in the room. Check was delayed as room was not ready .

Iron with a very small wire
Miserable iron board available only on request and you can have it for only 30 minutes.

Place was good, staff was great but the noise from the night club was too much, music was too loud even on 4th floor we couldn't sleep till after 4am after the club closed, if you don't mind the loud music it's a good place to stay, they've tried to relocate us to a higher floor but they were fully booked.

Room was great, good living area and clean washroom and bedroom. Staff was lovely very polite and prompt. Deepak and Saleh were outstanding in their behaviour, promptness and guiding to any question one may have. Food choices during breakfast was not great but whatever was available was good in taste. Limited breakfast option with focus on quality food. Front desk is good in receiving guests and prompt at the time of checkout. Good place to stay for both business and family travellers. Near to metro and super market.

The hotel was reasonably priced, but the service was poor. The front desk clerk had an attitude when I simply wanted to clarify a question. He asked to see my booking number, and I told him my name. He raised his voice and demanded my booking number. My key card wasn’t working, which was a bit annoying, but the room was spacious and clean. This hotel is a good option for a business trip, as it’s conveniently located near the market and airport. However, be aware that the downstairs club and lounge can be noisy at night.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to book here, I was fooled by good reviews, room is big and staff are lovely, however the place doesn’t worth it , the air conditioning was very loud and I have been told this is the way it works , also at night I couldn’t sleep because of the club sounds, although I have been told it is in first floor I stayed at 6th floor and I felt the sound as noisy as it was in the next room. My experience was just terrible and I will never book again here !
