Great property, kind staff, terrific location

An excellent, beautiful and relatively new property with kind and welcoming staff and very comfortable rooms in a convenient location close to a metro station and to the main highway that cuts through Dubai. Service, while warm and kind, could do to be a little quicker, especially with room requests such as new batteries for the TV remote or cutlery. Otherwise an excellent experience and highly recommended.

Zabeel is my fav part of Dubai. I have been doing work related projects in Dubai for a long time and everytime I would go back to Zabeel. The most amazing staff (even for the high service level in Dubai), rooms are cozy and comfortable, honestly one of the best gyms I have used of all the hotels I have stayed all over the word, and the breakfast, oh the breakfast is to die for. Will come back everytime that I am in Dubai for sure.

Really beautiful hotel and room. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel overall has a really cool vibe. As we love to use public transport when we travel, we were delighted to discover that the Red line metro is less than 5 min walk from the hotel and Dubai Internet City station is only 2 stops from Mall of Emirates and 6 stops from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa for those who love shopping. And it will cost you only 6 dirhams/person to MoE or 8 dirhams/person to Dubai Mall. But taxis in Dubai aren't expensive so that is always an option too. We recommend having your Uber app though or downloading the Careem app as sometimes hailing a cab on the street when out and about can be challenging... There is a small supermarket too around the corner and a small mall too called The Greens Souk should you wish to grab something quick. Travelling with children, we always need a supermarket and a pharmacy near by :-) This definitely will become one of our go-to hotels when in Dubai.

This is amazing property and ideal location!! Everyone was super nice at front desk, Jennifer super helpful all the time at LAH LAH .. restaurant by the pool side at 4ty floor .. The staff are not professional, I didn’t like my room, they promised me to shift to another room the next day, but they didn’t until the third day of my stay after a lot of feedback and complaining to the management.
