Outstanding Staff Made Our Stay Exceptional
This wasn’t my first stay at Lapita Hotel Dubai, and it definitely won’t be my last. What truly stood out this time was the incredible staff, especially Marry at the reception. Despite the room issue being entirely my mistake—and even more complicated because the booking was through a third party—she went above and beyond to accommodate our request. She literally jumped through hoops to make things right, and did so with grace and patience.
Everyone we encountered at the hotel was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. Some staff even had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience feel more personal and relatable. The positive energy and spirit of the team made our stay feel special.
Loved the stay. Loved the team. Can’t wait to come back again.

My stay at Raffles The Palm was nothing short of extraordinary. Their service is truly impeccable—every detail, no matter how small, is handled with such precision, care, and finesse that it elevates the entire stay to a new standard of luxury.
What stood out most was the effortless harmony between elegance and comfort. Every interaction felt sincere, every request was met with genuine attentiveness, and every space within the property reflected a commitment to excellence. It is rare to find a place where you feel both completely at ease and continually impressed, but Raffles The Palm achieves this beautifully.
This is the first time I’ve walked away from a hotel feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely inspired by the experience. It was worth every moment, and I found myself already planning my next visit before I even checked out. Their service doesn’t simply exceed expectations—it redefines them:)

Our stay was fantastic, thank you. Our one slight criticism would be that we found it very difficult to find somewhere to sit in the sun on the beach and around the pool. Practically all the sun beds had towels on them but were never occupied.

Hotel is in a good location, around the corner from the main marina and a 10 min walk max to the beach. Staff at check in and in the reception area were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was nice to have but limited seating - we went about 1pm and it was full but then again ...
