"The hotel is really situated for the Marina and the beach. Bluewater island is very close, and the metro station is a two minute walk offering transportation links all over Dubai. The only downside, and it really is a minor thing is the bed in our room was really hard, but get past that and the Millennium Place is the perfect choice. Would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit to Dubai. "

"A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff Very large room with huge balcony and good amenities eating around on half board a worthwhile option the access to premium lounge a bonus celebrated my birthday and everywhere we went the staff appeared to know and had balloons, cards and cake few small complaints had to pay for water with meals which I have not seen in any other 5* hotels the mini bar due to the type of room booked, should really have been included in a 5* hotel found if not ordering extras on the half board option, staff seemed less attentive. Noticed this in the steakhouse as the first visit was for my birthday and we added a number of items and staff were brilliant but on a return visit just ordering normal off the menu, the staff were more interested in other guests"

"Staff was amazing every single one of them from the concierge to the housekeeping including the guys who sell at Hash 2 store in the hotel. Everyone was very accommodating and respectful. Shout out to Richard and Micheal for their exceptional hospitality. "

"From the moment we arrived in Shangri-La Dubai it was such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Our one bedroom suite gave us spectacular sunset views but was quiet and very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully soft and after a day of sightseeing / shopping it was the most relaxing place to come back to. I would definitely recommend booking the Horizon Lounge package as it was absolutely worth it - the entire Horizon Club team went above and beyond to make our stay special and a big extra thank you should out goes to Erika, Janeth and Kloderam!!! Pools were great, the access to the indoor pool was amazing - we went at night and the lights made it more serene. Hotel choice of food was amazing and every meal felt like a treat. We took advantage of the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall which was great in the heat although taxis do arrive within minutes and you are central to all places. For unbeatable views, comfort, great dining and genuinely warm service in th heart of Dubai - Shangri-La delivers!! Thank you am sure we will be visiting again "
