Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Arrived to find three strangers standing in the kitchen

Business trip with three colleagues, we booked the house only to discover late on the first evening they had rented out three other rooms in the house. Absolutely appalling, no prior notice or we would never have booked in the first place. VERY strange set up indeed.
