The Warra house is conveniently located in the heart of Dubbo’s CBD. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated circa 1900 federation era home.
Set behind a picket fence the Warra’s rendered finish and attractive facade create a visually rich experience.
Inside, all four bedrooms enjoy the detail of pressed tin ceilings, built in wardrobes, fans and timber floorboards.
The Warra has two bathrooms, both present beautifully, the main with floor to ceiling tiles and a freestanding tub.
The stylish kitchen has everything you need, the hero of the kitchen is the huge falcon oven/stove combo.
Unwind with a good book in the lounge area or share a family meal beside the fireplace in the dining room.
Outside there is a fully enclosed entertaining area with bbq, outdoor heaters and fans so you can enjoy outdoor entertaining all year round.
There is plenty of room for the kids to run around, off street parking and a double garage - perfect for the tradies.
Most importantly we are located in the coveted heritage area of Dubbo’s CBD, which is filled with beauty. You are in easy walking distance to bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
