"Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. Normally there is an option to collect your key in a coded box or something after the reception is closed. But okay, fair enough, it’s my mistake to not follow these rules. But no card payment in 2025?! That’s a big drawback which easily can be fixed. You leave it to your guests to spend 30 minutes to find an ATM...

"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. I don't really like this kind of full automatic hotel, human worker are usefull, don't delete them !"

"Wir waren 3 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und fühlten uns willkommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut um die umliegenen Städte, wie zB Leipzig zu erkunden. Begeistert waren wir auch vom Bäckerwagen, der direkt morgens vor unserer Haustür hielt. Besser bekommt man morgens nicht seine Brötchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
