    Very quiet cul de sac, in a fantastic location. You can walk into the city or cross the road and get the light rail.
    Pub very close by and opposite the sea side with lovely beaches.

    Light train, buses and walking.

    You can pay for parking at one of the ticket machines and display the ticket on your dash board during the day, with free parking at night time.

    There is also a parking lot across the main road with EV chargers but you must also pay and display.
