This is a beautiful hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful it is very clean I would highly recommend it to anyone we will be back.

Check-in was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable - a couple of bits of flaking paint on the window sill and some loose fittings in the bathroom were minor but surprising in a. 4 star hotel. Oddly we could not access the room safe as it was locked but this was dealt with after our dinner which was very good. We talked to the front desk about an issue the following morning and someone was to follow up with us - they never did - disappointing! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay - convenience to the airport was also a bonus ahead of a long trip home!

One of my favourite hotels in Dublin. In a lovely area. Hotel is nice and modern-a fantastic lobby and restaurant. Staff are great and rooms are lovely and comfortable.

Thieves. Attempted date change through expedia. Hotel agreed then at the last minute refused the change, stated expedia had to make the change. Expedia stated they had confirmation from the hotel of the change. The hotel took my money refused the change and ignored the agreement. Not good to there word. Basically thieves.

The front desk staff were useless. It was like talking to a rock with eyeballs. We got there a bit early and asked if we can check in and get the room an hour earlier or a bit earlier and offer to-pay the difference, if there was any convenience fee. She just handed us the checkin paperwork had us sign it. She then did one click on the mouse, looked at her computer and shook her head. That was it. She didn’t offer an explanation or comeback in 30mins and doubled check anything. The only bad thing about the room was the drain in the shower gets backed up when you shower

The hotel was very nice, there aren’t really any amenities at all. All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious, and the hotel restaurant is nice. Food is pretty good as well.

Good hotel but some issues. We arrived at 1pm after travelling all night. We were told our room was not ready and that check in isn't guaranteed until 4. We weren't told how long it would be or anything. We wandered around d for over two hours, and tried again at 3:10pm. Again we were told the room wasn't ready and check in is not guaranteed until 4. Yes, I get that, but is it 5 minutes, 10 minutes or are you just refusing us until 4pm? They finally relented and a clean room was magically available. Other than that, the hotel was nice, had a fridge which is a first for Ireland and in a great location.

Room wasn’t ready until 4pm. Many people sleeping in the lobby. It was disappointing after travelling overnight. If checkin is 3pm the room should be ready or the hotel is mismanaged. Will not return.

Overall great hotel. Offers dining options in hotel and several in very close proximity. Grocery store located directly south of hotel which was very convenient. Hotel restaurant was good with multiple options. Lobby is sophisticated & nice place to relax and enjoy an adult beverage. Now for the constructive criticism…. There were dark hairs on pillows in bed and on bathroom floor…. Maid??? The room was also VERY warm… I’m typically cold & the warmth was way too much. Hotel staff were pleasant. Overall positive experience
