The front desk staff were not very helpful. She could not look me up by name, but had to use my Expedia confirmation to find me. She was very difficult to hear and a trainee, the more seasoned staff helped a bit then just walked off. We finally got settled fine, and the rooms are good. The bar area is also nice. The kitchens close at 10:30pm, we missed that by 15 minutes, but McDonalds across the street is 24 hours. Overall for an airport hotel, it was a positive experience.
