We had a good experience at Leeson. It was a great location to visit Dublin. It was about a 20 min walk to St. Stephen’s Green and the Grafton Street area where there is lots to do. There is also a Starbucks within 5 mins walk. It was inexpensive to taxi (using Free Now) to those areas. The room we had was basic but clean, comfortable, felt safe and the staff was nice. Parking was limited (about 4 or 5 spaces) but we got lucky every time we needed to park. Parking is also gated which was a plus. We ran out of hot water a couple of nights but if you use the water sparingly by turning it off and on, it should be enough hot water for 2 ppl. For the price, I really was satisfied and would stay again.

Excellent customer service; the receptionist was wonderful and very welcoming. They advised good places to eat and drink and assured me as a solo, female traveller I was in a safe area. The room itself was warm, big, and clean.

Loved the Leeson Lodge. Staff is so so so friendly and it was in a great location. I always felt safe here. Such a good value for the affordable price. Could not recommend it more

It's a very nice property but the next time I will get a regular double room. The bathroom with the drain in the middle of the floor was not so great.

We were able to park and forget our car on site as everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance or a short bus ride. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and even included a continental breakfast. First one in four weeks travel.

It was good, we had to leave before 8 AM and they didn't serve breakfast until 8:30 so we did not get any. Perhaps an option of a few more crackers to go with your monrning coffee would have been nice. everything else was lovely, really nice

Wonderful stay at Leesin Lodge with my husband and two adult children. The rooms were spacious; no ice quality bedding; beautiful building; nice spacious kitchen/dining area available to guests. Lovely enclosed outdoor area with picnic table for evening get togethers. Staff were friendly and accommodating.Will definitely return and highly recommend!

The property was great. We had a great evening in the back courtyard and the location was terrific. One hiccup was breakfast. Due to a misunderstanding, we all thought the front desk told us there was a kitchen available to use (no food provided). We spent quite a bit at stores and coffee kiosk during 2 day stay when we could have eaten there. Very disappointing but otherwise a good place.

Good staff. Funky bathroom with shower drain in the middle of the floor and only a curtain separating shower head from the rest of the bathroom. Very dated furnishings. Nice light breakfast.

Getting hot water for a shower was a challenge, it seemed fine for the tub though. The elevator didn’t go to our floor, my wife doesn’t pack lightly! Nice place, and good location. The staff was great!

Minimal but comfortable
It was a little hard to find, the office isn't called Lesson Lodge and there is a bar nearby called Lesson Lodge. It is called Lesson Bridge House. So, that was a little confusing. It was minimal, but comfortable. Great location in the city.

Perfect base for short stay in Dublin
Lesson Lodge offers good access to the city centre and is well-positioned for transport services. The accommodation was clean and tidy and comfortable for the 2 nights I stayed. For the price, I felt it offered great value for money, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We stayed one night in one of the standard rooms. Very good size and good beds, balcony, small fridge and perfect heater. A bit disappointed with the toilet, it was small and the shower had no plate so the floor stayed wet all day. Overall it's a good stay.

Nice room - very clean - chocolates on the pillow were a lovely touch , and the complimentary slippers . Perfectly comfortable and great for an overnight stay . Bathroom was small , but again , absolutely fine . Receptionist was helpful . I would stay here again if I needed a room for the night in Dublin
