    Large basement family room with pull-out sofa.

    Located in the heart of Downtown Dubuque. Walking distance to all of downtown's amenities!

    Well equipped kitchen!

    Wifi, smart TVs, host provided coffee and travel toiletries.

    Parking spaces to accommodate two vehicles. Additional parking passes available for street parking.

    Need additional space? 164 Bluff St. is located next door (3 bed/2 bath)

    The space
    The house is setup on 4 levels. The basement has a nice family room. The main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. The second floor has three queen bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has a king bed and full bath. The house was totally remodeled, yet retains that historic feel and charm.

    Use of the whole house. Split on four levels. Nice outside front porch and back deck.

    Other things to note
    There are two parking spaces in back and two parking passes for street parking.
