I got into the shower, and when I went to wash my hair, the shampoo dispenser was empty. I had brought no shampoo with me, and had no one with me to get some from the hotel. I used body wash to wash my hair. Very frustrating!

Place was dirty. Front desk was unorganized and unprofessional. The man working up front didn’t tell me my room number give me a receipt no directions or nothing at all handed me a blank key and turned away to take a phone call like I wasn’t there. Room had an odor. I turned around and walked out and will be contacting for a refund

I wish I would have known about all Of the construction. I Tripped over unsafe carpeting that had ripples in it. The staff was excellent, the room was decent.

I am really impressed. Our room is newly remodeled and very nice. The bed is very comfortable. Directly across from the arena made the hotel so convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the customer service is amazing! The only thing we wish it had was a hot tub. This hotel is in a great area where a lot of adults stay, so it would be nice to be able to relax in a hot tub.

A definite must stay...
We have stayed here before & we would definitely recommend it if you are in Dubuque for a stay. Very convenient with the Five Flags center right across the road & many bars/restaurants nearby. They have been doing some remodeling/updating & it all looks amazing.

Garbage all over the parking area. Network cables hanging all over in hallways. TV didn't work and the staff wasn't helpful at all in addressing the situation. The first shift staff was polite and helpful. I have stayed here several times before and didn't have issues.

Definitely being renovated!
This hotel is very outdated! It is a pet friendly hotel and our room had an animal odor…there was water damage to the wall and the curtains were falling off the window! We appreciate that they are attempting to renovate but will not return until it’s complete.

Nice place to stay
Hitel was clean. Dinner in restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was ok. Pool on smaller side and no hot tub. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location down town, walkable to so much on main street!
