  • Welcome to your high-mountain sanctuary in Duck Creek Village! Sitting at roughly 8,400 feet among towering ponderosa pines this cabin offers the quintessential Southern Utah mountain escape. This is the ideal basecamp for your high-country adventures. Located right in the heart of Dixie National Forest, you have immediate direct access to more than 300 of miles of OHV/ATV trails including the Markagunt OHV Network. If your recreation doesn't depend on cylinders then alpine fishing, lake activities, and scenic hiking to caves and slot canyons are all nearby while staying centrally located between Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Cedar Breaks.

    From the back deck Venture Pines offers amazing, pristine night skies with virtually no light pollution. Nearby Cedar Breaks is certified Dark Sky and offers many ranger led activities to observe the night sky.

There is no public trash collection in Duck Creek. Please take all trash to the dumpsters across Highway 14 just North of the Horseback Rides and Post Office on the right.
We love the rain, but we don't love the mud. Please don't wash clothing with excessive mud in the laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
