"Overnighted for two nights while visiting National Parks. House was a great place to stay for our needs. Newer dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and large space in family/eating area allowed for gathering. Only complaint is the TV situation. We were not able to enjoy watching our favorite shows due to the restrictions on the tv by the owner. (We weren't able to sign in to our streaming channels with our passwords.) Not really a big deal though, just a little irritating."

"I really enjoyed my week-long stay at this property. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were able to make a full meal in the kitchen. There were two king-size beds, one queen bed, and a bunk bed with a trundle underneath. The beds were really comfortable and we all had a good sleep. The place was only 5 minutes from the Kobold Canyons part of Zion (not the main park). There was a beautiful hike there and we really enjoyed ourselves. "Well maintained property and house! Cozy and welcoming, romantic. The view of mountains from the windows is amazing to wake up to! Listing was everything it said it would be. Words of advice, be prepared for cold temps at night as it is on the side of a mountain and gets windy this time of year!"

"Great space for multi-generation family in town for Son's wedding. Amenities fit us perfectly. fire pit, game room, space. Outstanding kitchen as we made the wedding cupcakes and cake there. One thing garage door opener were not working - maybe need new batteries."

"The house is an older layout but has been updated inside and it's super cute and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay, everything we needed. We had a small issue the night we first got there with the furnace not turning on, but used space heaters that were provided to get through the night, let the owner know and they got a technician out the next morning to get it fixed and running again. I couldn't have asked for a better response. Thank you for a great stay, I would definitely recommend...
