"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Very nice appartment with everything you could need. Nice building with lots of activities for the whole family. The only downside is that theres is a lack of parking spaces because the number of handicap spaces not being used is way too many."
