With its east-facing balcony and breathtaking views of the lake, mountains and Duingt castle, this flat is perfect for an unforgettable stay in Haute-Savoie.

Located in a recent and unique residence set directly on the lake, with privileged access to a private beach, the flat is composed as follows:
Living room: - Living area with sofa bed (140x190 cm) used as an extra bed - Fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, chopping board, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... - Dining table for 4
Sleeping area: - Bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined together, storage cupboards
Outside area : - 7 m² balcony with uninterrupted view of the lake and mountains
Nearby amenities: - The flat is ideally located in a quiet, waterfront residence in Duingt. There are two restaurants at the foot of the residence: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). - A cycle path along the lake is just 2 minutes away. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, etc. 5 minutes' walk away.
Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (about 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes) : Eglise" bus stop - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you are coming by car, a private car park reserved for residents is available. However, spaces are not allocated.
Other remarks : - All accommodation is non-smoking - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40.
