Beautiful Beach House & Cottage on Park Point, Short Beach Walk To Canal Park

Park Point Beach House and Cottage,

Two houses for one party lets you enjoy private time and family time, situated in Duluth's famed Park Point and a short walk down the beach from Grandma's Restaurant and the Canal Park Lift Bridge are two wonderfully remodeled buildings. Available as a single rental these two separate abodes provide privacy and space and direct beach access to Lake Superior's public five mile sandy beach with a Park at the end. The beach is great for walking, jogging, biking, swimming-- in the summer and walking the dog, pets recommended!

The Beach House with it's wood paneled kitchen and breakfast room has two bedrooms with queen size beds and second floor sitting room. Two new bathrooms feature beach rock tile and stained wood paneling with a shower and a whirlpool tub. There is a formal dining room kitchen bar and breakfast room for casual dining.

The Cottage is complete in itself with two bedrooms, a living area, dining area, kitchenette and full bath. One bedroom has a full sized bed the second has bunkbeds.

The yard is spacious and private with a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a fire pit.

Everything we needed for a great week was provided! The beach was beautiful, easy to access and so fun! S’mores around the fire pit - yum! We were able to walk into canal park to enjoy that area as well.

Love this eclectic house on Park Point

Great place to stay with the family and our two big dogs. Little walk to the beach on the sunny days. Tons of games and puzzles for the rainy days.

Family Retreat '25

Last 3 minutes felt rudely rushed by cleaner to leave... Cars were 95% packed by 10:57. Over all, beautiful & comfortable inside & out. Highly recommend walking up the back hill to the beach.

Great get away

Close and comfy for Bayfront Blues Festival. Then relaxed and enjoyed the beach and lake for a few days, too. Great location and very cute accomidations.

Great family vacation spot!

Perfectly located on Park Point- able to get to shopping, food and the beach quickly. House is well equipped and the cottage was great for our boys (17 and 20) who could have their own space. Bill was a great host and responded quickly to questions.

Multi generational stay

Exactly as the description! We had 4 children ages 1 to 4 and they absolutely loved the beach! It was a fun walk to the beach. There were also 4 adults, and therewas lots of space for all of us.

We loved the beach!

This place fit our family perfectly! We went on day trips out to the surrounding area then came back and spent the afternoon on the beach! The cottage was great for the littles to sleep in! The house had enough room for us to spread out! We have relatives in the area so it was a bonus to spend time with them!

Really neat house!

When we arrived the property was clean with lots of extra blankets, dishware, and towels. The house is in a great location to bop around in Duluth, and worked perfectly for our family!

Loved our time at the Beach House and Cottage

Superb location with easy beach access. Our family had a wonderful time on the property and exploring canal park, park point trail, and the beach! So much to do without going very far. Such a relaxing trip! Additionally, Bill was very responsive by message both before and during the visit. We hope to be able to come back soon!

A true pleasure

We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities of our own home. Our guests were comfortable and slept well. We enjoyed being able to spend time together, share meals at the large dining table, and plenty of games and puzzles if we wish. It was also great to be able to walk down to the beach to take in views of Lake Superior.

Great house

We all enjoyed our stay in you eclectic house. The little guest house was perfect for my granddaughter, her husband and two little boys. They loved the beach and had two wonderful days playing in the sand and water. Having the two bathrooms upstairs was perfect. Loved the back patio, lovely and sunny. Would recommend staying there.

Weekend vacation

I stayed this weekend with my boyfriend and friends and our 2 dogs and it was the best experience!! We loved the kitchen and the short walk to the beach in the back yard. It was cozy and so accommodating, everything we needed was there for us. We were able to easily cook meals and played some of the board games that were there for us too. Being able to walk to the lift bridge and Canal park was amazing too. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!
