The Sunrise House is part of the Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed directly by the owner rather than the development, which gives you a more personal, specialized, and overall better experience!

The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring next door, and the most beautiful, unobstructed views of the Sunrise!

Ski Hut, Burnett Dairy, and Spirit Mountain Ski Resort are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks.

This Premier Sunrise house is at the heart of Duluth's outdoor access to adventure. Take advantage of a variety of activities available from this convenient and scenic location. With easy access to the riverfront trail, Munger paved trail, Superior Hiking Trail, and Duluth Traverse mountain biking trails, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. This was a beautiful home with lots of extras for the stay. Only reason for not rating skiing is that we did not ski! The home is large and spacious but very warm and inviting to guests. Thank you for the great stay!

Spacious new build that had plenty of space for our business retreat. A comfortable place to stay and plenty of room to meet. Great trails just outside our door for walk/running or biking. Weekend getaway to Duluth

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with some close friends. The house was as advertised and is a beautiful place to stay! We all loved the layout and how it had everything we needed. The sauna is a huge plus after being outside all day! Will be staying here again on our next getaway to Duluth!
