Communication was great. The property was well maintained and well stocked with amenities. We had 5 children 8 and under and there was plenty of room to play and enjoy all that Duluth has to offer. Our son and his wife attended college in Duluth so we were familiar with the area. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice walking trail for the dogs.

Liked the decor, nice touch. Kitchen and pantry had everything we needed. Bedrooms and barhrooms were spacious and furnished nicely. Only complaint was cleanliness; some dust on fixtures and floor and debris under beds.

Holiday gathering with family.

Great family ski vacation!

This place is amazing! It is very close to spirit mountain. We had a large group of kids, teenagers and grandparents. We all fit comfortably with room to spare. It is very close to the bike path with great views of the lake. Everything inside was brand new and clean.

Very clean and very well stocked! We had 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 children, and an infant and we had PLENTY of space. We really loved all the bathrooms and everyone had space. There were a lot of additional small touches that we thought were very nice to have! We would definitely stay again.

We love this house!

The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings and well maintained. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, spices, storage containers etc. we love the front and back decks, the views, the nearby walking paths.Communication was super easy and responsive. Duluth Ski Slope

This house was at the bottom of Spirit Mountain in Duluth and was exceptionally clean and spacious. Everything you need in a kitchen for cooking was provided. Two trails for walking and biking were accessed right at the development.
