This was our second stay here, and we will be back! I love the location and the home is very comfortable. Although we did not bring them this time, it is a plus to be able to bring our dogs. * I would recommend knife sharpening and tightening of the dining room chairs.
Perfect little cottage for a getaway. Beach access is right across the street and it’s a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants. Property managers were easy to communicate with also.
Perfect home and location for a weekend away with my teen and two dogs. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. I loved that we could walk to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely return!
The property was perfect for what we needed. We were here to visit our college student and needed a place to land. Love that it was pet friendly "musee"
Perfect location! Loved that the beach was right across the road..made for easy early morning walks. Property was as listed. Check in/out was easy. Communication with the host was easy.
Nice quiet cottage for working or relaxing. There was an issue with A/C which was quickly resolved by a very pleasant and caring member of the staff to my complete satisfaction.

We had a great stay overall. The management company was very responsive and was checking in on if anything was needed during the stay. Only thing i would note is the listing didnt say that the small fenced in area is shared with another cabin. Both cabins being dog friendly could of caused issues if both let their dogs out at the same time. Felt like we were living ontop of them with how close and the cabins were and small the outside area was. Bumped into the neighbors multiple times. Was the only issue we wish we would of known that when we were booking.
Perfect house for our vacation. Close to restaurants in Duluth, gorgeous beach across the street (not in view of house), immaculate house and has front porch and back deck. Loved hearing Réveillé from a nearby ship (not too early). All staff interactions were pleasant. Would love to return.
A 3- minute walk across the simple road to sand under your feet on the largest sand bar in the world. Park Point on Lake Superior is not high-end, instead it is a neighbourhood of residential houses on the most beautiful location on Lake Superior.
The cottage is very cute. The bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, including complimentary coffee and more. The shower had good water pressure and hot water and we appreciated having lots of towels and washcloths. We liked the front porch and loved the location. The beach is across the street and Canal Park is a short walk away. We walked into town every day to eat and shop and visit family. Be sure to explore some of the restaurants and bakeries on Superior St., too. We would definitely stay here again!
Beds were comfortable. There were no sheets or blanket specific to the pull out bed. I just wasn’t impressed by the hosts or the stay. The glasses were still wet from being taken out of the dishwasher. There was fish soap but no dishcloths. I was under impressed.
Sea Glass Cottage is a great spot to stay on the peninsula
Sea Glass Cottage is a great dog-friendly spot with easy access to the beach. We took our golden retriever Sammie on walks every morning along Lake Superior. The back yard is fenced, which is always a nice feature when you're traveling with your canine.
The beds are very comfy, and the bathroom and shower are great. We loved sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning, or having a glass of wine at happy hour. SGC is also only a 10 minute walk from the Canal Park Entertainment District. It's really an ideal spot to enjoy all that Duluth has to offer. Highly recommend!
Our mini-vacation at the Sea Glass Cottage was fantastic! My wife, our 11 year old daughter and I had a perfect "Spring Break" get-away even though it was on the shore of Lake Superior and there was some snow swirling around! The Cottage is close to everything, but still provides a quite place to come "home" to after a full day of site-seeing and adventuring. Virtually everything that we needed was included at the Cottage, and it was clean and well maintained. We are looking forward to another stay in the future when it is a little warning in Duluth! Thank you for a great stay! Maddy, Jill and Jeff
Stayed for two nights for my daughter's graduation. The event was at the DECC so the location was perfect! Across the street from beach. One mile from Canal Park. Pictures on web were accurate. Very clean. Very basic for kitchen pantry items. Salt, pepper, sugar and a couple pouches of coffee. Spacious for three people. Park temporary in front of house to unload/load. The back entry was a bit to navigate especially in a downpour. Comfortable living and enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant, but.....
To start off the interior of the property was well maintained, amenities were sufficient, and access to clean sheets , pillows, and pillow cases was convenient. Location: The location was across the street from beach access, great! Otherwise it was sandwiched between 2 fenced off lots, and a neighbor who watched my wife from their window. The address was hard for food delivery to find, and it was a little strange having a second family staying a few feet from out back porch.Security: laughable, there was four locks keeping the front door locked. The pin code for the side door was embarrassingly simple to guess and clearly not changed from guest to guest allowing any past guess to return, and the back sliding door had a rickety bar preventing intrusion.WiFi Tech and Appliances: The WiFi password was silly complicated BUT the WiFi was super strong and supported several devices with absolutely no issue. There was only one TV in the location. If you are used to having a TV in every room this will be inconvenient. It was great having a clothes washer onsite. The refrigerator was fine but the water dispenser came out at a trickle. The sink faucet had an attachment that allow a shower spray only, weird.Other stuff: Location was a 5 minute walk from Canal Park. A perfect distance to walk. The parking was ample and uncomplicated. The property was noisy. The curtains screeched, the plumbing was noisy... The weird of the weird was a mail box overflowing with past residents.
