We were runnung a day late on the Camino so I emailed and called to tell them I would not be there the first night but would be there the next two. "Wifi only made it intermittently to room. No introduction to facilities and services beyond which room key was mine so was left guessing. Was told dinner would be available to guests (restaurant on site) but then nothing on offer, with the place deserted except for folks in the bar who gave a pintxos with my glass of wine.
