"My room was in front of elevator. Only two of the three elevators worked and there were many times a noisy crowd waited on an elevator which was very annoying. One of the towels in my room had brown spots and I had to return it for a clean towel. I went down for breakfast and there no plates. We we told they were coming but I just left not wanting to wait any longer. "

"The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We never used the WiFi but it was available to us. The gift shop was not what we imagined it to be but we did purchase a shirt from it. The hotel was cute and had a few things referencing Mardi Gra which I thought was cool. We didn’t have a long stay but we did enjoy ourselves. The casino was nice and we ate at the French Quarter which was one of the restaurants in the casino. The pricing on the food special for two wasn’t bad but the food itself could have been way better but the staff there was great and very attentive and pleasant especially for being short staffed that night. The breakfast in the lobby the next morning was good and a lot to choose from. If I was given an opportunity to stay again I would and would try one of the other restaurants in the casino and would try to stay a bit longer. "

"Rosie’s Cabin was perfect for our girls weekend: Easy to get to, close to Charleston and shopping, spacious and homey with private deck and hot tub. Wood burning fireplace was perfect for the chilly nights. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Beautiful hotel! No fragrances, which was important for my husband who has chemical sensitivity. The room was huge, clean and looked new. Staff was very friendly, and the parking was free. My only complaint was that the couch was across from the TV instead of the bed, so we had to crane our neck when we were in bed, trying to watch it."
