"Great location with many amenities. Some hiccups with check in which took a long time but the overall experience was good."

"Nothing wrong with it, but expectations were never exceeded. The largest negative was that you have to rely on the buffet for most meals and the food was OK to not great in the buffet. Following that - the elevator situation was a constant problem. Too slow and too small. A few members of the staff were great, but many acted like you were putting them out. The housekeeping staff seemed to be the best part. The beach was nice and plenty of chairs were available, but once you got in the water it was rocky and full of seaweed. Overall we had a pretty good time, but wouldn’t return to the RUI brand if this is their premier offering"

"Affordable and nice place to be. You get your money's eorth and the staff and trainees are usually friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. However, dining can take longer than usual, especially if it's a la cart service. The Kitchen needs to do better with the time frame for serving meals."

"This is an older resort but it’s authentic to Jamaica. The staff were amazing!!! If you want to feel the relaxed feeling of being home, this is definitely the place to be. The food was delicious and the drinks were very good. The beach was tiny but nice. There’s a larger beautiful beach for people who want something bigger. The large pool was great and the water slide was really fun. We loved it that the resort was small. We will definitely be returning!! One love!!"
