Crowne Plaza Hotel Greenville-I-385-Roper Mtn Rd by IHG
We arrived at 7:30 pm and our room was not ready until after 8:15pm.We were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Then, we had to wait 30 mins for the staff to clean our new room. It was a disappointing situation.

Perfectly located to walk to the river, downtown and peace center. Gorgeous asthetic, and pristine rooms, we loved the restaurant also! Staff we courteous and helpful in everyway. 10/10

The Urban Oasis: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 100% Entertainment
The property was not ready for our stay. While we were thankful the host allows pets, the cleanliness was unacceptable. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The host checked on us multiple times to make sure we were having a great stay. Would definitely book again!
