    Beautiful newly restored house, bright and quiet in a picturesque hamlet on the edge of the Regional Park of the Monts d'Ardèche, located 200 m from hiking trails, 800 m from the river Dunière and 3 km from the DOLCHE VIA beautiful cycle path 90 km along the Eyrieux (bike and canoe rental nearby). You will go shopping in nice markets full of local products: chestnut cream, honey, goat's cheese, among the small vegetable producers who surround us. Mont Gerbier de Jonc is 50km away, the famous Chauvet Cave is 79km away.

    The house consists of a living / dining room / fitted kitchen, washing machines, dishes, large fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, iron etc. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a bed for 2 persons, 1 with 2 beds for 1 person, a sofa bed in the living room. Cot and high chair. Internet access, wifi. A large sunny terrace (non-adjoining : go down 3 steps and 5 meters) with flowers, barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, parasol and shade sails is exclusively reserved for your meals outside, nice aperitifs.
    Great calm assured because the hamlet is pedestrian. Gite La Traverse 07360 Duniere on Eyrieux (see website)
    A "dormitory" of 2 beds can be added to the rental of the cottage (15 € / night / pers.).
    The cottage is not suitable for person with mobility problem.

Maison qui correspond au descriptif. La propriétaire nous à donné des conseils etc..pour notre séjour. Elle sait également soucier de notre bien-être face à la canicule. Très discrète .vous trouverez de bons restaurants le siècle à olliéres.et l'assiette du jardin (produit du jardin)et cadre sympa sur la dolce via. On a passé une bonne semaine malgré la canicule .Pour ceux qui veulent un accès parking à côté de la maison c'est raté .faut grimper et c'est super après avoir mangé des glaces Au magasin terre à délice saint sauveur montaigu plus de 100parfums !Voilà !

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Und trotz Sprachbarriere hat sich unsere Gastgeberin sehr viel Mühe gegeben alles zu erklären. Wir sind im Mai da gewesen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist die Natur eine ware Pracht. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb im Dorf. Somit sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

On a adoré nos 3 semaines de vacances. Tout le nécessaire est dans la maison et sur la super terrasse. Très confortables. Le hameau est très beau et très calme. Les habitants y sont discrets et accueillants. L'endroit est vraiment apaisant. Tout l'essentiel est à proximité, commerces, points d'eau, belles ballades. Merci à Martine qui prend soin du lieu et qui a été de bon conseil, à Mary , aux filles de Loulou et ... à Mère Nature !

Sehr schönes, authentisches und uriges Dorfhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Martines schönem Dorfhaus in Duniere. Sind mit den Fahrrädern angekommen. Hier sollte man wissen, dass es ein sehr steiler Weg ist zu dem kleinen Weiler. Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und altes Gemäuer erhalten. In den beiden Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss gibt es jeweils einen Ventilator. Dieser war sehr wichtig für uns bei heißen Temperaturen. Der Kontakt mit Martine war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zurückhaltend. Die Terasse ist traumhaft schön, wie abgebildet. Wir haben auch den Grill genutzt. Zur Terasse muss man aus dem Haus und ein paar Stufen die Gasse heruntergehen. Diese ist abschließbar, so dass wir auch gut unsere Fahrräder abstellen konnten. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst, einzig ein großes Tablett wäre gut, um der Essen zur Terasse zu tragen. Der Radweg am Eyrieux ist ganz wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Mooi ruim maar gedateerd

Wij vonden t een mooi ruim huisje. Jammer dat de tuin niet aan t huis zit. Ook in de tuin geen fijne stoelen om te zitten. Maar wel leuke ruimte. Ook in het huis zou t fijn zijn om een lekkere stoel te hebben. Maar verder alles aanwezig en vlakbij de Dolce Via erg mooi om te fietsen.

Logement idéal pour découvrir la vallée de l'Eyrieux

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour pour le week-end de l'ascension dans la petite maison de Martine. Elle est idéalement placée pour découvrir la vallée de l'Eyrieux. La région est magnifique, ballades, randonnées, vélo sur la Dolce via, tourisme ... une vraie carte postale ! La maison est très confort, bien équipée et mention spéciale pour la petite terrasse à deux pas de la maison qui est très agréable et reposante.

Séjour de trois nuits chez Martine.

Ma petite fille est moi avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Martine. Sa maison, très propre et bien équipée, est tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description qui en est faite. La terrasse, à deux pas (au sens propre) de l'habitation, est très bien aménagée et pittoresque. Malheureusement, le temps ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir car Martine est une hôte très agréable et la région est superbe.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le gîte de Martine qui nous a accueilli d’un sourire chaleureux et provençale, dans ce village pittoresques, regorgeant de sentiers charmants. Le confort était au rendez-vous, la terrasse mais aussi les différentes pièces offrent une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la vallée de l’Eyrieux… Baignades, randonnées, tout est là…loin des sites touristiques surpeuplés, voici un coin secret, à se transmettre de bouche à oreille… Merci Martine pour votre accueil Anne

Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön am Hang, in einer kleinen Ortschaft, gelegen. So hatten wir nicht nur eine gute Aussicht sondern auch einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Von der Gastgeberin, Madame Olive, sind wir sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und haben gute Insidertipps bekommen.

Haus im Zentrum eines alten Weilers

wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage um tolle Fahrradtouren entlang der Eyrieux zu machen. Morgens konnte man auf der Terrasse frühstücken uns die Abende dort waren wie in Tausend und einer Nacht.
