House completely renovated in 2024 with taste and new furniture. Located in the city center close to all amenities on foot. Free buses. TV lounge with sofa bed + equipped kitchen + dining room + 4 toilets + 3 bathrooms + 4 bedrooms with modular beds according to your needs (2 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180 x200 in each room). The +: The garden with its outdoor lounge + BBQ and the view of the commercial basin. Right in the city center. Ideal for large families, groups, employees traveling +/- long term. Je recommande la maison d'Éric , car l'emplacement est top. En plein coeur de Dunkerque et à 20mn de la plage de Malo les bains . La maison est très agréable , bien aménagée, très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut .Le contact avec Eric est très facile . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .
