Comfortable apartment near the beach. Self-check-in process was smooth but a bit unnerving to not have anyone there in case something went wrong. Not much close by other than the beach.

Slightly confused about finding reception to get the keys but the man there was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and great for our family. Right by the sea and we had fab crepes from a great cafe on the sea front. Only things I would change would be the shower door which leaked and maybe updated smart TVs

Great location and an immaculate apartment.

Great location steps from the beach. Though they had us listed for two rooms for two nights. Upon discovering the oversite they said that they would credit our card. Haven't received this months statement so waiting to see. The property itself was everything promised. small things to consider in renting an apartment might be a small supply of salt and pepper and a roll of paper towels but certainly not a big issue. Just a suggestion.

Whilst generally clean, there were some dirty cups. I was trying to cook some dinner in the microwave for my kids, but it kept switching itself off after 3 minutes use - would then have to wait 10 minutes before it would switch back on. Also, the apartment door handle fell off whilst I was trying to close the door.

Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr sauber und modern. Lage direkt am Strand top. Haus von innen nicht so doll. Umgebung solala. Kommunikation mit Evancy Katastrophe. Haben die Check IN Infos, die vorab per E-mail kommen sollten, nicht erhalten. Kein Tür-Code etc… Nach Anruf bei Evancy immer noch nichts. Haben dann 45 Minuten mit Expedia telefonieren müssen, bis wir alle Infos beisammen hatten. Da ist deutlich Luft nach oben bei Evancy!

l'accueil très aimable et professionnel à notre l'arrivée. Bien dommage en cette fin d'été, que le soleil n'atteint jamais la fenêtre et terrasse de la cellule 25 de l'Evancy Etoile des Dunes. L'accès après midi et le départ avant 10:00 le lendemain est inconfortable lorsqu'il n'y a qu'une nuit de disponible, et .......la rallonge à 11: 00 a été appréciée. Pour des pensionnés comme nous 2, une information de disponibilité à la côte est une information sur la disponibilité d'hébergement "hors WE" et vac.scolaires avec météo acceptable et prix basse saison nous intérresse.?? lien à suivre s'il existe ? merci

Ausstattung der Unterkunft passt, Bad geräumig, Betten sehr gut. Nur zwei Fenster, schwer zu Lüften. Check-In schwierig, da das Gerät den Code nicht angenommen hat. Wir mussten warten, bis uns jemand zufällig die Tür öffnete. Wohnzimmercouch und -sessel müssen ersetzt werden, Bezug bröckelt ab. Leider kein Reinigungsservice, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Versprochene Reaktion blieb aus, also keinerlei Reinigung während des Aufenthaltes.

N'y allez pas.

A l'arrivée une odeur de poubelles dans le couloir. Kit bebe mais alors du jamais vu une chaise haute avec une housse pleines de traces et moisi.Les sanitaires tres tres sale,toilette qui fuit,moisi sur les joint et odeur d urine permanente. Le canape totalement use et sale. La chambre enfant borgne avec des lits superpose faisant 2m sur 2m...Terrasse sale. La chambre etait limite vetuste. Tv qui fonctionne a moitié. Les murs tres sales.Vraiment déçu de notre sejour chez Evancy Etoiles des Dunes. Nous sommes parties plus tot car c etait pas possible. Apres le personnels etaient sympa mais c est le seul point positif. Toutefois plus jamais nous y rerournerons.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen. Nur zwei Minuten bis zum Strand. Leider war die Wohnung noch so sauber. In der spulmaschine war noch dreckiges geschier und der Boden war auch nicht geputzt. Die Dusche war auch nicht so sauber. Die klobürste war so kaputt das man sie nicht mehr benutzen konnte, geschweige den sauber. Unten im eingangsbersich stank es fürchterlich nach Müll. Das WLAN funktioniert überhaupt nicht.

Séjour mouvementé

Un séjour de 3 jours agréable mais ponctué de mauvaises notes : Le radiateur de l'entrée arraché à l'arrivée dans le logement (un aspirateur ? une valise ?) La télévision qui sautait tout le temps (problème avec le fournisseur d'accès affiché dans l'hôtel) Problème de pression de l'eau, et une panne d'électricité sur toute la journée du samedi... Heureusement le personnel à toujours répondu rapidement et était très agréable. Les + : Logement bien situé, place pour se garer dans la rue, et assez spacieux.

l hotel n est meme pas signaler sur les gps, deplus interdiction de stationner devant celui la , on nous indique masque dans les parties communes et personnes le porte et encore aucune indication pour cela, apres il nous invite a fumer sur terrasse et 0 cendrier meme jetable. aucune indication de secours dans le logement. pour un 3 etoile aucun the café ou chocolat offert, c est tout petit et non je n y retournerai pas.

Un Super séjour en famille. L'établissement est moderne et en excellent état, très calme. A 2 minutes à pied de la mer, emplacement idéal.
