Our charming home with modern country style decor, can be found only one block from the lake.
Whether you’re visiting for a peaceful getaway, a family event, business travel , festivals, rodeo, parades, taking your boat or riding your jet ski, or visiting SUNY Fredonia, our property offers comfort and convenience. Minutes away from boat and jet ski ramp and boardwalk.
Our house includes a family board game nook, a private backyard with deck, towels for the beach & sand toys are a plus for kids

This home is a block away from the lake
It is not lakefront but it is a short walk to the lake

Master bedroom includes one queen size bed with dresser, nightstand, closet w/ hangers, AC and a tv.

Second bedroom includes a full size bed, a nightstand, a small table, a fan, closet w/ shelves and a tv.

Third bedroom upstairs includes two twin sized beds, a nightstand, a closet w/ hangers, AC and a tv.

The Family Game board nook has board games and puzzles w/ table and comfy seats for the family to enjoy.

The living room and dining open area has games for adults and a karaoke mic for anyone to connect to their phone and sing along.

The private backyard includes a deck with family table & chairs, an open space where kids can play, and a designated smoking area.
