"My family of 6 stayed for a few nights while we had a sporting event held at the Civic Center. Loved that it was only a 5m drive! Beds were super comfortable and parking was easy. My kids absolutely loved the “game” room upstairs too! "

"The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental."

"We came back to Peoria after moving to Colorado to spend Thanksgiving with family. The house was very nice and just what we were looking for!"

"I stayed in town to care for an ill friend in hospital. I thought I was staying on the lower level of the house. It was actually an upstairs apartment with outside access & steep stairs to take your luggage up. I was hoping the host would be flexible with my check-in and check-out since I was looking for accommodations to sleep during day and leave for hospital in early eve. each day, He was not. It would be an extra $20 for every hour if I wanted to stay later or check in earlier. I was...

"Unfortunately, the property did not reflect the listing. We were hoping to sleep 5, but the 5th spot was a couch and empty air mattress box. The kitchen was very sparse- limited plates and I couldn’t find the pans to cook. The bathroom had a large hole in the ceiling and the bathroom was very dirty. "The overall experience was amazing, comfortable and we felt safe. The only small issue I had was that the arms to the garage didn't work so in reality, people could potentially park for free opposed to guest who had to pay a nightly rate. There was an option for street parking but it's a bit of a distance from the entrance of the hotel and from the skywalk to get into the hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and photo worthy from corner to corner. If you love pizza, there's a delicious pizza spot right across the street from the hotel. It's a pizza pub and stays open until 4am. When we visit Peoria, this is where I would like to return to for every visit."
