"Hotel in a great location. Easy walk to the highlights of Hue and was an easy place for pick ups. Hotel was beautiful, lovely French colonial style and the staff were extremely friendly. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful! The pool was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The water was the perfect temperature! I also loved all my services at the spa. The room was incredible with an amazing view of the city. It was also very spacious. The restaurant, the Alma, was not all I'd hoped for but was okay. My steak was overcooked and was just average. It was easy to get eveywhere I needed to go from this location. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"The hotel was amazing , nothing negative to say. There were not of shops nearby and not many restuarants that cater to western taste buds. There was a little restuarant nearly next door that did a pretty good pho though"

"The hotel is 5 star, don't get me wrong. The staff, service and the property are superb. The only thing is... it is located in an area where there's nothing around. If you look for some action or even an 8pm pho bo then look elsewhere."
