Just over 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 24 miles from historic downtown Durango, the residence offers privacy and seclusion and has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental with a deck that includes a gas fireplace, TV, amazing views, super cool fire table, covered and uncovered seating, dining table, grill, fridge, electric charcoal rotisserie grill (seriously) and a gas griddle. Bi-fold doors in the main living space create a massive indoor/outdoor living space (just look at the photos - a written description doesn't do it justice).

And if that wasnt enough, there is a brand new hot tub on the ground floor covered patio outside of the 4th and 5th bedrooms. If for some reason you want to be inside, there are 3 separate living spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. The residence features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds over 100mbs (we have noted them over 200mbs) which easily allows for watching your favorite streaming services on multiple devices no problem. The top floor of the residence also has central AC for the occasional warm summer day. The downstairs does not have AC but stays plenty cool like a basement.
