    Updated, upgraded rustic mountain house kitchen and bathrooms, steam shower, custom outbuilding WiFi electric sauna, in-ground trampoline, large patio, wrap around trex deck, gazebo, two wood-stoves, one indoor and one outdoor fireplace. Traeger Ironwood digital control smoker, propane grill, firewood, all included.

    Magical secluded community of fewer than 100 homes that share private trails, a 40+ acre private lake, and just a 15 minute drive to North Main at 25th St. A great Durango home-base, easy access to town, outdoor adventure from your driveway, or a quick drive to all the local favorites.
