This loft style apartment lives big with efficient space use and a Murphy bed in the living room. Create new family memories from this adorable unit located on 10 acres with other units. Furry friends welcome.

The space is a loft style, A-frame design that has a room upstairs with a queen bed and kids play/reading nook. There is a 45" TV, sitting area, dedicated workspace, and a balcony. The balcony has butte views and a hammock chair to relax in while enjoying your morning coffee. The small but mighty kitchen is sure to delight the chef with it's quaint dining area that is open to the living room. The living room has a cozy couch to watch the 55" TV. There is a full size Murphy bed in the living room for additional guests or the kids. The modern bathroom is freshly renovated and has a shower/bathtub combo There is a closet with washer and dryer along with small kitchen appliances, safety items, additional dining chairs and bedding for the Murphy bed. The apartment is approximately 700sq ft.
